Holo-u is a speculative design project that focuses in the scenario of 2032 of the UNM (University of Navarra merchandising), which is located inside the Museum of the university.

Proposal:
In 2032, human beings will be even more immersed in technology, concretely in the metaverse, surrounded by screens, searching for an immediate experience in any service, UNM store must satisfy the needs of the client through personalization and user interaction through holograms, conserving the physical space in the museum, since in-person assistance or being in community is part of the identity of the UNAV.
Considering the store is located inside the museum the idea with holograms was to create an scenographic experience that relates to the identity of the art museum being part of the route clients do, for being seen as a whole and not as separate elements.
Analysis  of the current store and plan of the space to be used.
As a starting point semantic collages were made for creating a more disruptive pan
The new retail consists on seven holograms (located at the ceiling) and seven sensors located at the museum; one of them located at the entrance. This sensor is used to detect when a person enters in order to send a notification to access the customer’s data for having a customized experience in the store. Regarding the other 6 sensors, each of them is connected to a hologram, the remaining one can be activated with any sensor as it is the one in charge of displaying the virtual assistant and the introduction of the store.
Moreover, according to the algorithm, the amount of objects displayed may vary according to the similarities between the recent search products and the actual collection on the UNM store.
Holo-u focuses on what each of the customer wants, they have the possibility to have a completely digital experience and interact with the holograms, or if they prefer, one person will be also attending for any doubt, 3 fitting rooms will be also available in case the customer wants to try on the products.
